Our board of directors is deeply committed to the mission of Prodeo Academy. In addition to their passion for education, they bring a wide range of experience in the areas of finance, human resources, law, consulting, development, governance, and community relations.

Board Meetings

Our board meets on the fourth Wednesday of October, January, March, June and August from 5:30-7:00pm.

Our executive committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 9:00-10:00am.

Our governance committee meets on the second Tuesday of every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December) from 9:00-10:00am.

Our finance committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 8:00-9:00am.

All meetings are held at Prodeo Academy.

Minnesota law requires that all chartered schools be authorized by an organization approved by the commissioner of education to be an authorizer.

Prodeo Academy's authorizer is Innovative Quality Schools (IQS) which was approved as an authorizer on December 1, 2010. Contact IQS:
