Authorizer Information

Prodeo Academy is authorized by Innovative Quality Schools, which is approved by the Minnesota Department of Education to authorize charter schools in the state of Minnesota. Charter schools in Minnesota are required to have an authorizer. Authorizers grant the original charter allowing the school to open and operate and continually monitor and evaluate the school’s performance. Based on the school’s performance, the authorizer determines whether or not to renew the charter over time.
